1 year post-op-143 pounds gone....

I am 1 year post-op today and I have lost a total of 143 pounds.My starting weight was 301 and now I weigh 158 pounds.I have gone from a size 24 jeans to a size 4.I feel so much better and have so much energy now.Goodluck to everyone who is looking into WLS.It has been the best thing that I have ever done for me.
