Hey Jen, Dr. Morton is my surgeon too!!! Welcome! I can't believe how fast they submitted your papers, you must have great insurance! I went last month to the seminar & my papers were only submitted this week!!! AGH!! So now I'm waiting on pins & needles for my approval! I'm going to start calling my insurance next week! Did you talk to Debbie Lee? Lord knows I could never get her on the phone, but she finally did answer an e-mail I sent her yesterday, that was the only way I knew my papers had been submitted. Hey Candi! Fortunately, my insurance doesn't required a letter from my PCP or either of the evals. I work about 5 minutes away from Dr. Morton's office and took everything over there. Hugs!
