just started all this. I am on a liquid diet it is hard not to eating when you are used to it. I am seeing all that all of you have done and it gives me hope

You will learn everything you can imagine here on this site plus somethings you may not wanna know. I am still waiting for my 2nd appt just getting a ll the required stuff done.
