Hiya Cherry berry!!! How are ya babe? I'll be here at home this weekend, recouperating. I'm on vacation next week and am praying its enough time to get back to work. So no cookouts or parties for me. I'm here! I'm here! Hehe... This weekend is not full of alot of fun but it'll be busy! We most likely will have my nephew Ashton one night, then mom and I will be heading down to Chattanooga for some shopping, and probably have a holiday dinner but it all depends on who shows up - My mom really doesn't wanna put holiday food in front of me, she's nice like that! Hiya Katie babes! I'm feeling remarkably well. I hope and pray that doesnt jinx me saying that. I need a massage though lol. My neck and shoulders feel rough from laying on my back for 4 days. I slept partially on my side last night and it was wonderful. I had lap rny by the way. I have 6 small holes. I'm allergic to steri strips so Dr. Houston put that new Dermabond on me. Its holding great. Even had a full shower this morning. I have some serious road rash on my neck where the central line was. It was there the whole time, they removed it when I was being discharged. It had a big piece of adhesive film over it and feels raw as all get out. I cant stress enough how important it is to walk walk walk in the hospital. It was painful the first day, but each time I finished walking I felt stronger. The nurses would all comment on how great I looked and how good I was doing each lap I made by the nurses station. Got several hugs when we left yesterday. Ok i've blabbed long enough. God bless!!! Melanie

Good afternoon all. Hope everyone has a safe and uneventful weekend. My children are leaving for NY this weekend. The youngest will stay until July 8th and the oldest for two weeks. The middle on won't go until the end of the month. I know I'll miss them but they need to see their Dad.

Here I am! Not much planned for this weekend except cleaning up the house before leaving or a visit with my bro and his family in Michigan. Found out yesterday he was in the hospital due to chest pains They are going to do a stress test sometime today. Hope all is OK with him. Mom is stressed out about it and I am trying to keep her calmed. Susan {!}

graduation for my daughter is tomorrow morning other than that I am too broke trying to pay for future educational costs for her to do much of anything(g) have a great weekend all!

Well Guys...I am going to Pickwick Lake this weekend for a family reunion of sorts. Of course I will be able to enjoy some of the food on Saturday then Sunday and Monday will be liquid in preperation for my big surgery on Tuesday...Hope you all have a great weekend and I'll join you on the loser bench soon.
