Ugh blended stage, just the word makes me want to sorry to be so graphic. But I honestly have to say that I don't think I could EVER get down a chicken breast that has been blended, ugggggggghhhhhhh. Maybe if it was put in the food processor w/a little mayo, that might be alright. I am so happy to hear how well you are doing! You are such an inspiration & you sound so upbeat. Good for you!
