Hi, I have a few questions. I have PHP Tenncare can you get a case manager or is that for Tenncare select only? Hpw soon can you go back to work after the surgery?

I am not really sure about the insurance information. But, you should be able to return to work in about 2 weeks. If not less.

I believe you can ask for a case manager with any insurance company. It never hurts to ask. PHP does approve the surgery frequently, as long as you meet criteria. How soon depends on your job. The more strenuous job you have, the longer you need to be out.
