physc evaluation

Hello When calling to make a appointment do you just tell them you need a physc eval?

yes you have to tell them it is a phyc eval. ask your surgeon for a physc he can reccomend. good luck. it is not that bad. i was scared to death when i went for mine. it is not a pass or fail test. it is realy just to see if you will need counseling after the surgery. i am hoping to have an approval from my insurance next week and get a date. if you need anything please email me anytime. good luck i will say a prayer for you dusty

You need to tell them the Physc Eval is for the Gastric Bypass Sugery or which ever surgery your having. It's important atleast it was when I had mine. Good Luck. -Katie
