Which method would you suggest

Hello I am new to this. This is my first time posting. This may sound weird but I had a dream about this surgery the night before last and yesterday I got online to find out more info on this and this site popped up. I am hoping this is a sign from God that this is meant to be. I am 5' 10" and weigh 280. I did not think this surgery was possible(I thought it was only for someone with money). I have Tenncare. Are they difficult to get approval from? Well I am very excited about finding you guys. Hope to make some new friends.
