wanting to have surgery

I live in Elizabethton Tn.I'm 34 married 16yrs 2 kids. I need the surgery due to alot of health problems i have a enlarged heart high blood presure.It's came to the point that i can't get around because of a bad back.I am on disability due to back and fibromyalgia.I have found a doctor who takes blue care.Igo back for my 2nd visit on 2/10 to start filing it with my ins. Anyone with bluecare who has been approved please let me know. I am 5-4 and290pds. My husband loves me the way i am but he is scared for me to have the surgery.Please keep me in your prayers and please respond if you have and advice
