Hi! Everyone, Heres a the long story of my road to skinny: Part1

It all started in March of 2001. My spouse and I (both obese) had watched a segment on a talk show about gastric bypass. I decided then and there no matter what it took I was having the surgery. I had been obese my whole life and was just plain tired of it. We had an 18month old little girl that we were adopting and I wanted to be there for her in a healthy way. So we started the search for a surgeon. It did not take long and we chose the Fobi Group in Los Angeles, CA. We had GREAT insurance and with in 2 weeks I was scheduled for the surgery (fobi pouch) on May 8. It has been a long road since (not all good) but I have made my goal weight and am generraly happy with my size.
