What Kind Of game....

are they playing?? I called cigna's appeal dept and they "claim" to not have received my pych eval, dr.'s letter or half of the paper work I know my dr fxed the them on fri. I even called the ins company last fri to make sure they received it!! Guess I'm gonna have to add on ulcer to all of my other med problems thanks to this crap.

You may not be talking to the right people. There may be a regular claims department. Your paperwork may be in patient management or the precert dept or the medical director etc. The best bet is to have the doctor's office call. Or pay to have them resend everything (or give you a copy and let you do it) and send it certified mail return receipt requested so you have proof they got it. Don't give up!!! It is a lot of red tape but it is so worth it.

Do what my Dr did. Have them send all of your paper work again via Certified Mail. It may cost you postage but it's worth a shot.
