Just to let you all know .. Fountain City group is still meeting 3rd thursday of the month... I went  for this months and meet some very nice people.. ! Was very informal and lots of information..

Cool Beans...I would love to go but need to find out if the City Bus goes out there...Meanwhile there are 2 support groups at the University Tennessee Weightloss Center. They are on Saturday's I believe. But will con firm this information cause I have an appointment tomorrow.
