The topic for tonight is "HOLIDAY EATING - WHAT'S YOUR GAME PLAN?" Each person who attends will leave with a GAME PLAN booklet which we will complete at the session. Hopefully, having your own written game plan in booklet form that's small enough to carry in your purse or pocket will help you get through holiday events while staying on track with your WL goals. This group is led by Dr. Janice Livengood, psychologist from Athena Consulting and Psychological Services.
