Event: Annual Bariatric Patient Holiday Reunion & Education Event
Date: Saturday, December 4th
Time:  6-9 PM (visit our event sponsors 5:00 - 6:00)
Location: Centennial Medical Center Atrium (garden Court)

Electronic Invitations will be sent by November 1st, paper invitations will be mailed out November 5th. You will receive either an electronic or paper invitation, not both. If you are a Centennial patient and do not receive either an electronic or paper invitation, please call Medline to register for the event. Our address list is based on the information we're provided.

This event is for Centennial patients - you may bring a guest. No children under age 18 unless they are the patient. Self parking is available on site.
Attire: Holiday festive (folks wear anything from a Christmas sweater to formal attire)

YEA!!!

I can not wait to see everyone.   I talked to the ATL DS gals and it looks like they will be back up this year.  Us DSer's are a little loud and wild... so everyone better be ready for us... LOL

I'll have to see if I can get off work to go... It'll be fun to mix and mingle..

It is really a fun event. We invite not only our patients, but all of the staff from the surgeons offices, the operating room, holding room, recovery room, 3rd floor, so everyone has an opportunity to mix and mingle!

I know I said earlier I was coming but my mom called last night and they are going to South Carolina for a long weekend with my sister and my nephew and niece and I can't miss any chance to see the little ones so I will be in Myrtle Beach the weekend of the Holiday get together.
