hey guys i was wondering if any of you knew of a good plastic surgeon in tennessee at a great rate?

I consulted with four and decided on Dr. Tom Gallaher in Knoxville. No plastic surgery is cheap but I found his rates to be very competitive with a bedside manner and patient care that was unmatched.
