Hair Loss ( 1 1/2 years out)

Hey all, I have a question.  I lost ALOT of hair in the beginning after surgery but it has been growing back.  But now all of a sudden I am losing it (LOTS) again.  What is up?  Has anyone had hair loss problems after you have been on maintenance?  I am worried.

I still get at least 60 grams of protein (usually more but never under 60)  All from food not liquid.

I drink lots of water (about 80-100 ounces)

I still take vitamins
b-12 shot, calcium, omega 3, 2 Flintstones, iron, and vit d

I will say that I am VERY stressed...mainly about gaining weight.  Even though I only float between 3-5 pounds weekly.  I have been snacking (way to much on pure carb snacks...like in a grazing manor..I know this is sooo bad and I beat myself up for it EVERYDAY)

So any advise..could the carb snacking be my hair loss problems?  I have started charting EVERYTHING I eat to try to get back to reality on what I am really eating but HELP!!!

I swear by Biotin 5000mg every day, sometimes twice a day.  If this doesn't help, it could be hormonal.

I have heard of the Biotin also and take it once a day, I'm pre op. My nails are growing very fast....my hair loss has slowed down (I think I have hair loss due to stress).....Try the biotin and do de-stressors like bubblebaths if you have time, walks, and last but not least, xanax or Klonopin at night to help you get a good night's sleep ! (not the best advice I know, but it is an option until the stress passes).

I've also heard shampoos with rosemary in them help too but haven't tried this myself.
