Since I am a walker not a runner, my goal was anything under 4 hours. My official time - 3 hours 45 minutes and 55 seconds. Woo Hoo!!! I averaged a 17 minute mile.

My friend and I are planning to run/walk the Red Nosed Run in December. Who would like to join us. It's only 3 miles on flat terrain. Come on ladies (and gents)...We can do this!!!!!

We are going to dress up for the December 5k. It's all for fun.

I forgot the paper with your number the day of the expo, meant to program it into my phone before Saturday morning and then forgot that too. I kept looking around at the expo hoping I might see you and recognize you. It was so crowded!

That is very sad about Lynn. We saw a few others along the way that were having problems. There was a lady down right at the 12 mile marker, already had her hooked up to an IV and the ambulance passed us going to her as we headed to the bridge. My husband was there to take pictures and saw her go down.

Weather was perfect!! I will do this again...just not this week. LOL
