Does anyone know of a good surgeon in the Midwest area (KY, TN, IN, IL) that does revisions from proximal to the distal RNY? I had surgery 4 years ago and it was supposed to have been a distal and I even asked my surgeon about it and he said that he did the distal but I found out that he did the proximal.   Thank you, Cherri

Wow, you did great!  So that's who you went to see?  Did you just have the RNY or a  revision?

How did you find out he did a proximal instead of distal?

I was telling another doctor how much I am able to eat and he looked at my surgery notes and said that I had a proximal not a distal.
