Tramadol Pain med

Good afternoon all,

Has anyone taken Tramadol? It's the generic for Ultram. I may have a screwed up a disc in my back and my dr had me on lortab which I had an allergic reaction to and my throat sweled closed so I can't take anymore so she switched me to Tramadol. This is not the time released tab (I made sure). Just don't know what to expect on it I have never had it before.

Yeap, I take it daily at least, if not more. I don't notice it helping unless I stop taking it. :) Then I can tell a difference.

As far as side effects, I haven't had any but that doesn't mean there aren't any. In fact there is a whole laundry list of them but that is true of all medications. Tramadol information

If you are unsure of how your body will react, make sure you
1) take it when you aren't planning on making any major decisions or driving
2) have someone home with you.
