Dr. Boyce's charge for services

Does anyone know if Dr. Boyce still charges the $3,000 non-refundable fee? I have a lapband that I believe is messed up and if I have to replace it, I was considering the gastric sleeve. I attended one of this seminars but it was a long time ago and I just wondered if he was continuing the excessive charges.

It is my understanding the fee is for a year of comprehensive post surgical follow up with the dietitian, exercise physiologist and 24 hour on call nurse. I don't think that is excessive for those services.

The $3000 fee is still assessed. While it may seem a bit high, I can assure you it was worth every penny to me! Full in-house multidisciplanary team and a 24 hour on call nurse - all of which who are awesome!

There is still the fee. Some insurance companies pay part of it. I have UHC and they paid $1500. Like the above poster said, it is for a year of post-op visits and the 24 hour nurse line.
