9 month post surgery visit

I had my surgery on July 13, 2009.  I had my 9-month post-op visit with Dr. Houston yesterday:

Starting Weight: 318
Weight in office yesterday - 162

That's 156 pounds gone in 9 months! 

That's 81% of my excess body weight and their handbook says normal loss for a sleeve at 1 year is 75-80% - I'm doing great!  Dr. H was thrilled!  I met with the nutritionist and I'm going to start toward my maintenance phase!
