Need a PCP & OB/GYN in Lebanon or Nearby

I just moved back to Lebanon recently and need to find a new PCP & OB/GYN. I would like to find one near Lebanon if possible but don't mind Nashville or Murfreesboro.

I also just found out I'm pregnant so an OB/GYN that has had experience with patients that have had WLS is a bonus.

I live in Lebanon and use Dr. Jantz although i usually see the PA Kristen Source. I have been going to her for almost 10 years. She is the reason I have a little girl (she diagnosed me with PCOS when even a fetility Dr couldnt figure out why I wasn't getting pregnat) she is also a huge supporter of my having WLS.
