Nashville Men's Group Time: 10-11 AM
Location: Centennial Center for the Treatment of Obesity, 2200 Murphy Avenue (Tace Building), Nashville As you go up the ramp to the front of the building, enter the glass doors on the left, the classroom is right inside the door.
Moderator: This group is facilitated by Dr. Charles Ihrig and meets on the first Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. We are happy to offer a group just for the guys.

I'll be there, I'm really looking forward to it. I've been wanting to make it for months and keep forgetting and missing the post for it.  I get alot from the support group that Missy and I run at Vandy, but there are a lack of men, so I don't have that outlet to discuss men's issues with the surgery. I hope to see the other guys there.

I am going to try and make it. I have not been to the Men's group yet, but want to check it out.

Steve, how are you? I haven't seen any posts from you for a while!

Doing great, Pam. Down about 125 lbs now. I'm almost at goal. Weight loss is very slow at this stage- maybe a lb. or two per month. Out enjoying life and being half the size I use to be. I hope you are doing well also. :-)
