I just read this post and all I have to say is...been there!  Never cancel appointments with Dr. Spaw because of self doubt.  He is a man on a mission and will listen and help you find a way.  It is going to be okay.  Don't give up what you have worked so hard to attain.

By the way...you looked FABULOUS at Staple Club!!!!

I went to my appointment today and well...it's Dr. Spaw so of course I am glad I went.  Also had support from Shiela and of course Paula let me be boohoo on her shoulder for a while. 

I appreciate everyone's responses.  Sometimes it feels like you are the only one struggling and especially when your problems seem petty but you are still falling apart it just makes you feel worse about yourself.  But I am proud of what I have accomplished and know it's only getting better.

I'm glad you went to your appointment.  See... it wasn't as bad as you thought it would be?  LOL...  only, I'm sure the needle stick still hurt (when they drew your blood)
