I came across this saying as I was looking for something this weekend.  It spoke volumes to me, but after seeing your post, I think you may appreciate it too.  It looks as if both of you are doing wonderful, can you imagine what 2010's Christmas picture is going to look like!!!  Keep it up!!

Thanks guys!! Sometimes I still see the 400 pound girl in the mirror. It is these pictures that helps me!!

I will be three years out on the 29th and I too still see the Big person that I was.  I was told by a friend to post a picture of me at work on my wall so I can be reminded just how far I have come.  I also carry on in my purse to help remind me and show others when they ask.  Not sure how long this actually will last or if it wll always be that way when we look in the mirror, however as you know, pictures do not lie!!
