Hey girl!  Long time.  You aren't done with your weight loss.  It is just a plateau.  Your body needs to catch up.  I remember going through the same thing, and right now am kind of there - losing only a couple of pounds a month.  Just let your body adjust and it will start again and go pretty quickly.  Keep an eye out - you may be losing inches.  Funny thing happened to me the other day.  I haven't been able to work out because of my crazy work schedule.  I finally have time off and got my workout pants out and they were to big (XL).  Decided to get some new ones because the old were falling off me.  I got a small!!  I haven't been losing weight but I guess it is the inches.  Keep your chin up.  The weight will start again.  Just give it time.
Hang in there!!!
Dawn

Hey Jane,

You hang in there girlfriend.  The only thing I can recommend is to be sure and journalize your food.  Before I began journalizing, I didn't realize just how many calories I was consuming.  I go to www.fitday.com .  This helps me more than anything on my journey.  It allows me to keep up with not only my calories, but my carbs, fat, and protein.  Once I started journalizing, the weight just keeps dropping.

Like Dawn said above, you are probably loses all those inches instead.  Hugs, and take care of yourself.  You tell that hubby that he needs to leave dat puter home for you, lol ... !!!!

Congrats Dawn on your new size work out clothes, woohoo!!

I don't know about ya'll,but the further out I get, the hungrier I get.  I am trying to fill those gaps with fruits and veggies.

I just looked at an old weight record...  in my fifth month, I stalled.  It took me 6 weeks later to lose 5 lbs.  UP to that point, I had been losing an average of 4 lbs a week.  Hang in there.  It happens...  but just keep on the plan and you will see results.

Also, when the scales don't move, the tape measure always does.  Take your measurements and keep track of those for a few weeks. I 'm sure you will see those changing even though that number on the scale might stay the same...
