Wow moment today!

Wow moment today! I went shopping for jeans because I am wearing an 11 and although they aren't falling off I can pull them off without unbuttoning them so I thought it was time to get some new ones. I went to JCPenny. I picked 2 styles of Levis' 515 and 545. Levis have some stretch to them which is why I like them. I grabbed a 10 misses and headed to the changing room. I put them on and was amazed that they were to big. I thought WOW I get to wear an 8 *happy dance*. So I went and grabbed the 8s and back to put them on. They fit pretty good. I wasn't having to use the "stretchyness" of them at all. As a matter of fact I actually had room at the waste band. So I decided for kicks I would try a 6. Thinking the whole time me in a 6? NO WAY! But OMG! The 6s fit perfect. I was almost in tears. I started this journey in 20W! and now I am in a freaking 6!! Holy cow!!

Congrats on getting to size 6!  I haven't seen a size 6 in years.  That is a huge accomplishment!

It's amazing, isn't it? This journey just keeps me buying clothes , I love it!!!

Wow!  That is a great feeling!  And, your story reminds me of my very own Wow moments along the way.  It is so wonderful to share the stories with one another.  Sometimes, I'm just an old vet and I forget what it was like.  You help take me back and "relive" those moments.  Thanks!

I don't know how you were able to keep it quiet in the dressing room. I probably would have screamed!!!  Congrats!

I have to say after wearing the 6's they become lose as most jeans do. I went back to JCPenny and just for kicks grabbed a size 4. The low rise did not fit but the mid rise fit awesome. So 2 of my 6s are being exchanged for 4s!! 

I cant tell you last time I was in a 4 or anywhere near it!

Well I can tell you when the last time I was in a 4 or 6. Never in my lifetime, nor has any of my 5 sisters (4 living & 1 deceased). I don't even know what it looks like. LOL!
