Happy Holidays / Merry Christmas !

I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. A big THANK YOU goes out to all the new friends (my extended WLS family) that I've met along this incredible journey who have helped me with both advice and support.

This is my first Christmas since having my RNY surgery in April, and with 115 lbs lost, I feel like I have a new lease on life.

Congratulations to everyone who has had similar success, and best wishes as we approach 2010.

Steve, John, Cynthia - it was absolutely wonderful to see you guys at the reunion! You are all doing so AWESOME! I thank you for sharing part of your holiday with me.
