Well the time has arrived for my lovely wife. Last night she posted on Crackbook:

Elizabeth Willits O'Neal It is said that it aint over till the fat lady sings - well this fat lady is singing - goodbye fat lady - HELLO a carved new me! Surgery in 12 hours! I CAN'T WAIT for the new carved out me! Prayers requested for me and especially for Scott, he has to take care of me! LOVE TO ALL

Please keep my wife in your thoughts and prayers today. We have to be at the hospital at 6:00 this morning. I'll keep everyone updated here and on Crackbook as well.
