December Lunch Bunch
At the November Lunch Bunch we discussed doing something special for December. We decided to keep with our 1pm lunch time but add a Dirty Santa gift exchange. (Beth - I know I said ornament but we actually decided on a gift. Blame it on CRS.)
We set a $10 price on the gift and, since we do have our male members too, let's try to keep it gender neutral. Except that Scott does have a thing for crowns and pink tutus. LOL
We are going to meet at Cozymel's in Cool Springs. This will be closer to some of our friends on that side of town and we haven't been to Cool Springs in a while. Cozymel's will give us a more private, out of the main thoroughfare area so we can carry on, I mean, play Dirty Santa.
So, make your plans now to join us on Saturday, December 12 at 1pm. For those needing directions, I will post closer to the date.
And can I just say right here and now how excited I am to see lunch get togethers forming in other parts of our state. This board is wonderful but nothing compares to meeting our folks face to face and getting to hug the neck of the people we share this journey with.
One of my goals for the new year is to travel to some of the other lunch groups around the area and meet more of our great board members.
