Ok so I got denied , which I was expecting the first time. Dr Ray's office had a call in to insurance co. Cigna was suppose to have called either friday or yesterday .. They still haven't called so my question is should I be calling cigna or let the office deal with this ??
As much as the office is trying on there end, I would call Cigna. I too have Cigna and I called them, as well as, logging who I spoke to along with notes in regards to the conversation, time and day you spoke to the too. Good Luck!!!
Thanks so much !! I did call and they told me it would be up to the doctors office to reschedule the peer to peer to talk to the medical director. I called the office back and told them what the rep from cigna told me.. I guess now its just a waiting game..
