Frozen Dinners for WLS???

Since I live alone, when I cook I have the same leftovers for days.  Are there any frozen dinners that are okay for WLS?  Occasionally I like a change from what I have fixed or come in and need something in a hurry.

Baboo, I found the thread where we had discussed the frozen dinners before...  and so if you  click "recent posts", you will find my response "bump thread" so that you can go back and read it all.  It had some pretty good stuff listed.

Thanks Mel,  I went back and read all the posts.  It was pretty much what I expected.  So now I have a big pot of Santa Fe soup cooking.
