The Atlanta OH Conference was truly AWESOME!!! So many nice people, and the staff of OH were so wonderful to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy!!!   THIS WAS NOT MY FIRST OH CONFERENCE BUT IN MY OPINION IT WAS THE BEST BY FAR!!!!! YOU GUYS DESERVE A STANDING OVATION!!! 

I was fortunate to be able to speak at the Conference and I want to share a little bit of it with you! 

As a community we do need to support each other!   This might remind us!

YOU ROCK woman.  I so enjoyed meeting you and attending YOUR talk at the confernece in Atlanta.  You are truly a motivational speaker.  You tell it like it is, you answered even the most sensitive questions honestly and with humor. 

I hope that you will do more speaking.  You are truly inspirational.

Thank you so much and it was soooo nice meeting you too!! You know it is funny I just speak from my heart!  And I feel like if someone asks me a questions they really want to get a straight answer...so like I said, I am an open book!!!   I do plan to do more public speaking events and I am also putting things on youtube as well.  I know I am passionate about what I talk about and you just can't put that passion in writing sometimes....and I can on video! 

The way I feel about it is....if I can help one person lose weight and stay on track it is so worth it!!!
