My scale is freaking out or I am!

For the first time in 6 months my scale has gone crazy!

On 10/28 I finally dropped 1 lbs after being at 174 since 10/14. On 10/29 another lb. On 11/1 I dropped 2 lbs on 11/2 another 2 lbs. I was so excited! But then on 11/3 I was back to 173! Then 11/4 I was at 170! Then this morning back to 174! WTH!

I have been workingout about 4 days a week. What is going on????

I am so discouraged right now!

Yeah.. I tried that, but I havent gotten to the point where I can do it. I am addicted to my scale.

I know water, time of the month all that can effect it. I was just venting mostly.

Stop weighing every day. If it bothers you to see the fluctuations then stop. Weight changes with water retention as much as 5 pounds either way. You cannot gain a pound of fat overnight. It is water only. Put up the scale and focus on staying on your plan. The negative energy from getting so stressed about it might make you stress eat.
