No I am not quite ready to party just yet...............LOL

I am looking for a WLS friendly party punch that everyone will enjoy even the little young whipper snapers. I need for this to be simple with only 2-3 ingredients and that can be made a few days in advance and maybe put in gallon jugs and or 2 liter bottles and kept in the fridge and be served chilled.

Thanks in advance,
Cheryl

I dont really know any that dont have carbonation in them. My standard one is orange soda, ginger ale, and orange sherbet. I would think you could take any of the light juices and add a bit of diet ginger ale for a nice punch.  I hope you find something.

Cheryl:

Since it is cold weather, you might go for something like mulled cider.  You can get sugar free cider mix at the grocery store and then add some whole cinnamon sticks and cloves (wrap everything in a muslin cloth so that you can remove it later and then warm it in a crock pot.  Kids love it and so do old folks like me.
