I have Cigna too.  Can I ask when you started your journey toward obtaining a lap band?  I just started this month.  I have no other condition except a BMI of 48.  I'm hoping that if I complete the 6 months as well as the other requirements, I'll get approved for the band as well.  When you went for the Psych. eval.  did you have to pay a total of $220 out of pocket, and did you get reimbursed for the $200?  Sorry, I've bombarded with 120 questions lol.
