Once again I have to ask---how do I adjust a photo to the specifications required by OH?

You can do 1 of 2 different things.

1) Go to www.shrinkpictures.com and follow the directions there.

OR

2) Send the photo to me and I will re-size it to the correct proportions and email it back to you.  You can send it to:

Thank you so much--Scott to the rescue!   But when I got on OH to reply to you--the avatar appeared---I guess I did it correctly, but had to log out for it to reset?  I have no idea, but thanks anyway!

Wow!  And I thought you were pretty in your old avi!  I hope you feel as good as you look, 'cause you sure do look healthy and happy.
