Diabetes Step Out Walk

I will be participating in the Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes on November 7th. This walk is at the Nashville Zoo.
Though I am not diabetic anymore (it is controlled by diet and exercise) thanks to RNY- I was taken off my meds before leaving the hospital back in September. I feel like this would be a good event to participate in. Not to mention the exercise!
