Im not sure if you have had you psych consultation yet but i went to Dr. Trimble in Madison it was probably the easiest thing I have had to do, you get to take the psych papers in his office to take home he makes an appointment for you to come back and then when you come back he reads it to you and sends the Dr. office approval EEEEEaaaaassssssy.
