Anybody know of which surgeon to go see in the Nashville area for DS revision ?

I do not think any of the doctors here do u full RNY to DS revision.  I believe Dr. Houston will keep the pouch and then do the reroute like a DS but that is more like a distal RNY.   I know Dr. Husted in KY does take the pouch and make it into a sleeve - other than that you would have to travel.  I heard Dr. G in NJ is great at revisions.  

IMO - If I was going to go from RNY to DS I would want the FULL DS - not a half and half - so while you may not want to travel it may be your only option.
