On Monday, November 2, Dr. Lois Wagstrom will be doing my plastic surgery.

I'm having:
1. tummy tuck
2. tigh lift
3.  breast lift & insert
4.  arm reduction

Here are a few of  my questions:
1. What to have on hand when I get home.
2. I live alone, how long will I need someone to stay with me?
3.  What do you wish you had done differently?
4.  How long will I be in real pain?
5.  Anything I need to do to prepare the people who are coming to take care of me?
6.  Any advice you guys can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have not had any except the tummy tuck, with muscle repair.  I did have a breast reduction but not at the same time as the tt.

I would suggest going to Make Me Heal website.  There are forums on there for every procedure you can think of...  and they have "stickies" with valuable information. You can also ask quesitons from people who have had these things done.  Vets hang out on the boards to answer questions, and they also have plastic surgeons who can answer questions as well.

The Plastic Surgery Forum is an EXCELLENT resource to utilize for these questions. Several people have had several procedures at once and will be able to give you answers!!! See you on the PS Forum!!!

This is what I know, not from my own experience, but from several others. It might be a good idea for you to have a walker. I have heard that it really helps with everything. I have one and you are more than welcome to borrow it. Just let me know.
