Psychologist led discussion of addiction tonight at Centennial

Psychologist Led Group tonight's topic - Addiction - food, shopping, alcohol, gamblingand more. This group is facilitated by Dr. Janice Livengood and consists of a formal educational presentation followed by a question and answer session. Dr. Livengood consistently provides tools you can use to help you delve deeper into your emotional attachment to food.
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Location: 3rd floor classroom, Centennial Medical Center (main hospital), 2300 Patterson Street.

Hi Pam!

I was wondering if any of these Psychologist groups would be recorded or available online sometime? I would really like to attend and hear what all is talked about but I live 1 1/2 hours away.

We are looking at some options to be able to have the group content available for those who can't be here in person although nothing substitutes for that live, in person, face to face contact. Is there anyone else close to you so you could carpool and come in once a month?

I may put a post out on the boards to find someone. Although I am only a month out I feel I need all the support I can get. My first support group meeting is in Huntsville the first week of October. Everything physically is going great I am just struggling with my mind hunger!!
