Crap Crap Crap

I recently moved and in my move Ive managed to LOSE my 6 mo pre op diet JOURNAL! I finished the diet in March, and then several family issues came up along with a move over the summer, so the final steps to sugery were put on the back burner. Im ready to contact my surgeon and pick up where I left off, if possible, and REALLY do not want to have to go thru the 6 mo diet again, but I cant find my stinkin journal anywhere and I have to have it for the surgery...WHat am I going to do?! Ugh! Then I wonder, will my surgeon even LET me pick up where I left off...or make me start all over again anyhow....God I hope not. I completed the diet, the dietary counseling, the support group meetings, all I had to do was turn in my journal, my last 5 yrs history (medical)  and then wait to hear from insurance. Im so disgusted with myself right about now....ugh...
