Walk registration $ amount
Can someone clear something up? I have seen on OH and on Facebook, that if you register on-line the fee is $25 and if you wait until the day of it is $30. This is the 1st I have heard of this. I have looked at the Walk guide book on-line and can not find this information anywhere. Any ideas anyone?

Cheryl, per Connie Stillwell at the ASMBS Foundation, online registration is $25 and onsite registration is $30. I believe this is to try and push everyone to register in advance. I was speaking with Connie regarding other matters when the conversation turned to the upcoming walk. That is how I learned this information. I made the assumption that the walk committee was already aware of this change.

There are three easy ways to register for the
WALKfromOBESITY! Register early and SAVE!1.Click on the “Join a Walk" link and choose the city you would like to register for.
2.Walk from Obesity – ASMBS Foundation, 100 SW 75th St., Suite 201, Gainesville, FL 32607
3.Register onsite the day of the event. Complete this form and bring it with you to the Walk.
(Onsite registration is $30).

Thanks Scott, it is listed like that on the registration form on the home page, but the committe has been going by the Walk Committee Guide also on the web-site and the forms on there say nothing at all about this. I have emailed Connie to see what we need to do on Saturday. All the information that we have been sending/giving out has been from the committee guide. I think it's way to late in the game to be changing things now. I will let everyone know when I hear back from Connie.
