Hello, I am a Ds'er (2 years post op) and will be making a visit to Nashville during the first week of November.  I was wonder if any fellow Ds'ers could tell me where I can purchase the Dry D and Dry A&D vitamins.  I am from Canada, and we cannot get these items up here, so I would like to stock up while I am down there.  Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Shelley

I hope you have fun here in Nashville.   It is become more and more DS friendly.    I order my Dry D from BA so I am not sure if there is anyplace here you can buy it (I assume there is though).  Hopefully someone else will come along and chime in.

I order my Dry A&D from vitalady.com. Not sure where else to find it.

No I'm sorry, I don't know where to get it locally.  You should contact Baptist Hospital (which is in the heart of Nashville) and ask them to order some Dry Vitamin D for you from Bariatric Advantage.  They now sell the Bariatric Advantage brand and they will order some.  615-284-5940.  I am pretty certain they don't have the Vit D in stock.

Hey Shelley,
Hope you have a great visit in Nashville! It is a great place to live!
I am preop but have already started taking the suppleemeeents I will need post op.
I Bup Dry D3 at any of the following stores:
Walgreens Drugstore (there is one on nearly every corner in town and you should have no trouble locating one or being told where one is)
Walmart (their are not as many of these but directions are easy to come by.
GNC or Vitamin Shoppe vitamin stores( Ditto above)
Kroger grocery stores (about like Walgreens)
Not sure, but I think Publix,Harris Teeter, etc grocery stores all carry it.
Any D3 that is in a white compressed dry tablet form is dry D3.The ones in the capsule are liq and in an oil base and not recommended for WLS people.
Hope you have a great time in nashville!
Holly
