I would... but only part or 1/2 of it.

What is it?  What is the amount of sugars in it if any?

Michael.

I'm pretty sure they are included in the carbs(That should give you a hint as to an ingredient!)

My initial reaction is to reject it based on the Total Fat.

Watch it turn out to me something good for us and the fats are heart healthy fats. LOL

I am game... I would eat it.   I just don't like the carb to Protein ratio as i would like to use as little carbs and get the most bang (protein) for my buck.

I dont think I would,  Erika. My daily fat limit is 30 grams and this has a third of that but only 5 grams of protein. I would choose something else.

"Instead of reaching for a processed boxful of ingredients you can't even pronounce, you can create this healthy, high-protein snack made with peanut butter, banana, protein powder, and flax seed." Ingredients:
2 cups crunchy peanut butter 2 scoops cocoa whey protein powder 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, cocoa whey powder, bananas, and flax seed.
2. Mold the mixture into walnut-size balls, and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving
