Couple of things - Sales on Pure Protein bars and Goodwill Sale

Kroger currently has the Pure Protein bars on sale for 10 for $10.00 ($1.00 each).  I went to two different Krogers last night and they also had a 69 cent coupon on some of them.  That brings the total down to 31 cents!!  This sale may end after today because this was the 3rd week that these were on sale.

I eat one of these before I go to the gym.  They have about 20g protein per bar, and only 3g sugar and depending on the one that you get has from 7-12g of sugar alcohol.  That little amount does not affect me.  Also I would not recommend these for anyone in the weight loss phase, because they do have carbs.

Also, Goodwill is having their 50% off sale today (saturday).  Everything is 50% off in the store.  It will be busy, so plan accordingly.

Thanks for the heads up on the Pure Protein bars.  Went to Kroger and was able to snag 10 of them.

Thanks for the heads up.  I was able to get 6 with the coupon so was able to save a few extra cents.  Didn't have enough nerve to go near the Goodwill though after seeing the parking lot.
