Dinner Club and Parker update

Hello everyone to the newbies and all others. Has anyone missed us on here?............LOL
The Parker's are still around, not a whole lot has changed, but we are getting a little more work since the Titan's have started and events going on at the Sommet Center. We have had to change doctor's & hospital's......not by choice, by insurance...The earliest that we can get in for a new patient is in Oct. I have not had a fill since May. Phil is almost at his "sweet spot" . So we are hanging in and trying to deal with everything the best we can, that is all that we can do for now. Ok, enough about the Parker drama/bs.......

I am in the VERY early stages of getting the October Dinner Club going. I do know that it is going to be on Friday Oct. 30th @ 7:00 and that it is going to be in Mt.Juliet and it is going to be a out door event, that is all I know now for sure.

So pencil this in on your calendars and plan to attend. It is going to be a family event and whoever wants to feel free to dress up. As always this is open to everyone/anyone doesn't matter if what stage you are in, doc, hospital. Partners,children,other family members, support people, friends, etc.

If you are not in Nashville and want to attend PM me and I can check on hotels for you.........HINT....HINT...Cookeville & other peeps..................LOL

I hope that everyone is doing great. Even though I haven't been posting much I am on here everyday and reading. Looking forward to seeing everyone again, been wayyyyyyyyy toooooooo long.

I hope things go well with your change in doctors and hospitals.  I've had to do that in the past and was lucky to find a doctor I liked.  It's such a nuisance, isn't it?

Thanks about the docs & hospital, this one comes recommened by a fellow WLS buddy, so I feel pretty good about it. I just want get things going again, I soooooooo need a fill.

There for sure is plenty to do around Providence sounds like a fun weekender for you. So just grab all of your WLS and make it a road trip for everyone........lol

Hey Cheryl! Good to hear from you, and speaking of dinner club...  Today I was wondering about this year's Christmas gathering.  Is it too early to start planning?  I saw some dresses last week that I thought might be a good variety to choose from... Any ideas for the party this year?

I have been pondering that allready, so no it is not too early. As you know I have had the parker' I s on the front burner for awhile with Oct Dinner Club on the back burner with the Dec Dinner Club on the back,back burner.........lol I will be posting more about both after the Walk on the 19th, so jus****ch for all the details.

Keep us updated on the date, we would love to attend. It seems that we've been so busy with the wedding and etc. that  on Sat. for lunch bunch we are always busy with something.  But hopefully soon we can relax again. I wonder what that is? Brian and Ash were just talking about us not go'n to the Lunch Bunch and Dinner club, just the other day.  Ash mentioned that," mom's not the same since she hasn't been go'n". And that it does make a difference for the support and the kinship. I miss  all, laughs, love and fun. But hopefully soon can get it straightened out to come back. I've done some soul searching and emotionally you never know how this is  gonna effect you.  It's a growth experience, some things are good and some not. But you always know that there are folks here to bring you back to reality. Luv ya Barb
