Home from Hospital

Hey everyone. A little update on me, I got a high fever and I was put in the hospital again on Tuesday. They said I had an infection around where the Drain was, and since I was in so much pain I was not breathing deeply enough and had some pulmonary infection going on. 

Dr. Dyer put me on antibiotics and fluids, but my fever did not break till yesterday afternoon. I started walking more and actually was able to produce a deep cough. My stomach is in less pain, I can actually move and bend without much pain.

So I am at home, sipping, walking, breathing deeply and happy to see my hubby and children again. (dogs)

On stage 2 till my follow-up on Tuesday 8th.

So sorry to hear about the problems. You just never know when these things might happen. I'm really glad to hear you are home and doing better. I wish you a speedy, full recovery.

Sorry you went through that!  But glad your on the road to recovery, just try to avoid them durn speed bumps!  LOL!

OOH, I am so sorry to hear you went through that, but so glad to hear you are glad you are home!  I think we all recover better at home, so deep breathe deeply, sip slowly and walk..

I too had an infection around the drain site. It did not put me back in the hospital so I am glad you are doing ok. Happy recovery!

So sorry you have had some complications.  I hope it isall getting under control.  I am doing very well.  I just seem to be push a little too much and find myself needing a sudden nap.
