Hello everyone. It has been a while since I have posted so I though it was time to let everyone know I was still alive and mostly well. I don't get sick much but I sure hurt myself a lot because I am always falling and bumping into things.
I am headed to surgery again Thursday 9/10/09 for very advanced carpel tunnel. I have known for 20 years that both wrists have it but I had hoped that I could keep from having the surgery but I fell  4 1/2 months and hurt my ring finger on my left hand and it kept getting more painfull all the time so gave in and saw a doc for it and after having the tests done  again.he said I needed the surgery. So that makes 4 surgeries since Oct.1, 2007 with another one for the right wrist to look forward to in a few months.
I am sorry I haven't kept in touch lately but we hjave been so busy with canning and the garden and we still exercise a lot.
We have started back to fishing so we try to get out to the lake a couple days a week, we are only 10 minutes from several lakes.
I better go for nowand get dressed so we can do our walk.
Take care every one, Carolyn/Birdy/Lee Lee

Hey Birdy, I was thinking about you the other day.  Sorry about all the surgeries, but look at it this way...you're a totally new person!  LOL!

Isn't it funny how busy we can get?  I guess I would rather be busy all the time than sitting on the couch and stuffing my face!

Take care!

Hi, Birdy.  Sorry I did not respond sooner but I just now saw your post. I am off/on the board a lot but don't post as much as I used to. MOstly just lurk around...  I've been so busy.  Anyway... it's good to hear from you.  I saw your post and I thought, "oh wow, I have to read that, I've not heard from her in a long time!"  I'm sorry to hear that you are hurting yourself by falling/bumping into things.  What is causing that?  I hope your surgery goes wonderful and they are able to take card of that carpal tunnel!  Take care, best wishes.
